Victim: Manye Aforo

I’m stranded at the Tamale International Airport. Check in started at 12noon for a 2pm flight that was to get me to Accra by 3pm.

I’m still here, now we are two flight batches and all they say is, there is a technical fault, Engineers are coming from Accra and we were told around 3pm.

Some staff members are speaking to us and we yet to have any word from the Supervisor or Manager

Africa World Airlines this is very disrespectful.
I’ve called your call centre (0242438888) numerous and twice and your people tell me there is nothing they can do about it since they are in Accra.

It is 6:30 and we’ve been here since 12noon and no proper communication is coming through than being told engineers are coming from Accra.
The Supervisor of AWA hasn’t also found it necessary to speak to us.

This is sad and pathetic and disappointing.
Indeed decisions are all mine, that is what all this attitude seem to say.
