Olumanba

Political Activist and Anti LGBT petitioner from the Eastern Region whose petition was responded to by the speaker of Parliament on June 15, Emmanuel Abankwah Kesse popularly known as Olumanba has expressed disappointment in the U.S Embassy in Ghana for throwing support behind LGBT communities in Ghana.

Early yesterday, United States Embassy in Accra, Ghana, flown a pride flag to show solidarity and support for the LGBTQI community in Ghana who have come under attack from various quarters.

According to Olumanba, it is irrational for the whites to impose their culture on us since he (Olumanba) believes we can’t go to America or UK and impose our will on them neither can we compel them to adopt our way of life.

He has therefore advised His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah to override the decision of those opposing the Anti-Lgbt bill and use his veto power to pass the bill into law.

He has once again thanked the Speaker of Parliament for his quickest response to his petition last month.
