President John Mahama has declared that it would be ‘Do or Die’ in the 2024 General elections.

President Mahama speaking on Techiman-based, Akina FM as part of his ‘Thank You’ tour of the Bono East Region noted that the 2020 elections was stolen.

“The election was stolen, but we have to abide by the Supreme Court ruling. We have accepted it for the peace of this nation, we all recognized Nana Akufo-Addo as our President. We have learnt our lessons from the 2020 elections.

…The elections would be won or lost at the polling station. At the polling station it would be ‘Do or die,’ I am not saying ‘all die be die.’ The right thing must be done. In 2024, we would win the election at the polling stations.”

President Mahama noted that they would not depend on the Supreme Court for any ruling but they would ensure that they win the elections at the polling stations.

“We would do everything to ensure that the elections is transparent, free and fair.”
