Pillow Fight Championship is in Ghana and the new combat sport for slumber party pros will for the first time take place at the Official Town Market for the inaugural Pillow Fight Championship on July 10, 2022.
The matches will involve grown adults who will enter a ring and bludgeon one other with specialized pillows. It is part of the Sala Festival for 2022.
Dreamland Sports Plus are the organisers, and CEO Mr. Olla Williams says he is expecting an entertaining event. He promised to organize another tournament for the Ada Asafotu Festival.
Mr. Emmanuel Olla Williams who is Youth Coordinator of the Ghana Olympic Committee has in the past organized the Road Baton Race, Kids Olympic Games, and other events in Ghana.
He also organized the Sports Programmes at the 2022 Aboakyer Festival and they are planning something special for the Ga Homowo Sports Challenges.
The PFC Pillow Fight Championship has been sanctioned by the international body headed by Mr. Steve Williams who has promised to support Ghana, the first nation in Africa to spread the exciting sport.
