Priority Insurance Company Limited has demonstrated its commitment to excellence in customer service by celebrating agents who have strived to implement its core values.
At the event held at the Head Quarters of Priority Insurance Company Limited, the insurance firm gathered some branch managers and Executive Managers to witness the 2021 Priority Insurance Agents Awards.
The annual event was first established a decade ago to celebrate outstanding performance within Priority Insurance Company’s family, showcasing excellence, significant innovation, and service in key areas of Priority Insurance Company’s business.
Mr. Salifu Abubakar Godmar, Head of Marketing and Business Development during the event on 13th October 2022 said in a statement that the celebration of the 10 outstanding agents illustrated its appreciation of their contributions and service delivery to the firm.
Over 10 citations and cash prizes were given. Of each award category, the Managing Director, Mr. Matthew Kweku Atta Aidoo, said, “We recognize and appreciate that there are so many agents who have demonstrated aspects of each of our core values, but we have had to single out the very best.
“We celebrate our integrity and our spinal cord who used their ingenuity and creativity, as well as their industry experience and passion, to work tirelessly to deliver excellent service to our customers and to continue to achieve exceptional results within the company.”
There were winners who excelled in innovation and execution across their environments. There were also those who were rewarded for their entrepreneurial abilities and extra efforts.
Rosaline Koenya Suglo, was chosen in the special award category of “DVLA Best Agent Nationwide,” Daniel Hammer as “Most Promising Agent Nation-wide and Paa Kwesi Tandoh as “Best Non-Motor Nation-wide” and were described by the Managing Director as “relentless agents who breaks barriers, extends the horizon and motivates, inspires and encourages others.”
The star award went to Mrs. Esther Ntorinkansah Badu, an agent at the Weija branch, who won Ghs 20,000 cash. The Overall Best Agent (National), Esther Ntorinkansa, speaking to Atinka TV also expressed her profound gratitude to Priority Insurance Company Limited for honouring her. However, she mentioned that people should desist from complaining about unemployment in the country and join the insurance company for a bright future.
The Managing Director, Mr. Matthew Kweku Aidoo, who went on to congratulate the outstanding agents personally, said they exemplified people who were committed to the hallmarks of excellence in the execution of their duties.
Meanwhile, Ernest Kwaku Danquah, Head of Retail and Agency, congratulated the awardees for their hard work and partnering with Priority Insurance Company. He also assured clients of the continuous provision of Customer Service Values, which has always been the driving tool for the company’s growth.
