Ghana international, Mohammed Kudus put on a sensational performance on Wednesday night as he led West Ham United to a delightful 3-1 win over Arsenal.
The Hammers locked horns with the Gunners today in the Round 16 of the EFL Cup.
In a game played at the Olympic Stadium in London, West Ham United fought very hard and deserved their victory.
The hosts scored first in the 16th minute of the first half through an own goal by Arsenal defender Ben White.
While that goal would separate the two teams at halftime, West Ham United lit up the London Stadium with an impressive second-half showing.
One man, Mohammed Kudus was at the centre of the outstanding performance and got on the scoresheet in the 50th minute to double the lead for his team.
Ten minutes later, Jared Bowen got his name on the scoresheet to make it 3-0 for the Hammers.
Despite the improved performance of Arsenal, the team only netted a consolation through Martin Odegaard in added time and had to succumb to a 3-1 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
