Freemasons from across the globe have assembled in Kumasi to pay tribute to Most Worshipful Brother Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Grand Patron of the Grand Lodge of Ghana.

The commemorative event took place at the Bro Otumfuo Sir Agyemang Prempeh II Masonic Hall on May 25, 2024.

This falls in line with the celebration of two notable anniversaries: Otumfuo’s 25 years on the Golden Stool and his 25 years in Freemasonry.

The ceremony saw the presence of distinguished brethrens from various grand lodges, including the Grand Lodge of Liberia led by Most Worshipful Brother Anthony W. Deline.

Others were the United Grand Lodge of England represented by Most Worshipful Brother Charles William Stanley-Pierre, and the Grand Master designate of the Grand Lodge of Nigeria, High Chief Osiobe Eric Okotie.In attendance were also the current Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Ghana, Most Worshipful Brother Nana Osei Atwene Bonsu, Most Worshipful Brother Otwasuom Osae Nyampong VI, Most Worshipful Brother N/Capt Kwadjo Adunkwa Butah, and Brother Nana Kwaku Boateng III, Omanhene of New Juaben.
