This year’s Pan American Games was held in Cleveland OH, United States of America and Andyglow TV, a Ghanaian based Television Station was the only accredited African media outfit to cover the event.
The event started from the 12-21July, 2024 inside the magnificent enclave of Cleveland, a city that welcomed you with passion and sporting beauty.
Over 20 sporting disciplines were included in the program which mainly composed of athletes over 30 years of age.
Some of the disciplines included Soccer, Table Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, softball, cycling, Judo, Karate, Marathon amongst others.
Andyglow TV took the opportunity to interact with some of the great Masters athletes including a 74 year old Marathon runner Mary who beamed with inspiration during her interview with us.
The Andyglow TV crew took the opportunity again to shoot an exclusive Documentary on the various infrastructure that was used for the Games. This included the magnificent Hall located in downtown Cleveland where most of the Games took place.
This was an amazing moment for Africa to connect and it is of a firm belief that that vision will materialize soon.
