UBA Ghana successfully hosted its first-quarter “Jogging to Bond” event in a vibrant celebration of unity, wellness, and team spirit, under the theme “Unleash U.”
The initiative brought staff together in a refreshing atmosphere aimed at promoting physical health, collaboration, and overall well-being at the Burma Sport Complex.
In the early hours of the day, employees stepped away from their daily routines to embrace fitness and connection.
Dressed in branded sportswear and fueled with enthusiasm, participants took to the jogging route with a shared goal to recharge, refocus, and reconnect.
More than just a fitness activity, “Unleash U” served as a platform to strengthen interpersonal relationships across the organization.
Staff were grouped into four teams, competing for the Q1 title while fostering camaraderie and a stronger sense of belonging.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of UBA Ghana, Bernard Gyebi, expressed appreciation to staff for their active participation.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and encouraged employees to prioritize both their physical and mental well-being.
The initiative further reinforced UBA’s commitment to building a supportive, engaging, and people-centered workplace culture.
The event ended on a high note, with participants expressing excitement and appreciation for the opportunity to connect outside the office setting.
After a series of thrilling competitions, Team Excellence emerged as the overall winner, taking home exciting prizes.
As UBA continues to champion staff welfare and unity, “Unleash U” stands as a testament to the organization’s dedication to empowering its people not only professionally, but holistically.
