Hardly would you hear up-and-coming musician praising their colleagues but Ghanaian rapper based in the USA, Jefe Finesse showbiz name Jefe is praising Kofi Jamar saying he would choose him over any artiste in Ghana.
According to Jefe, he had gotten the opportunity to listen to songs from Kofi Jamar and he fell in love with his songs.
“I am not a hypocrite, when something is good I go all out and talk about it. Trust me Kofi Jamar is talented and I will choose him over any Ghanaian artiste. His flows are deep and he got swag,” he told Graphic Showbiz.
Away from that Jefe is currently promoting his latest single Real Talk which he released a month ago. Real Talk talks about hustlers who wake up every morning and go out there to make money.
Signed under OS Records LLC, Jefe who has other songs like “Wavy”, “Hood Legend”, “In These Streets”, and “Ridding Dirty” is currently in Ghana to promote his latest single, ’Real Talk’.
According to him, he is impressed by the warm reception from the media houses he has been to so far. “The media houses I have been to so far have shown me love and I am happy about that. Real Talk has started picking up in some radio stations in Ghana,” he said.
He started his music career some years ago but did that take it too seriously until now. “I am now ready to go all out. I have done whatever I need to do and I know I will be blowing soon because I have the right materials” he said.
Asked if breaking through as a new artiste was difficult he said “In the beginning, it’s more of an investment than a career. You need to invest in whatever you do and when you are accepted your hard work will gradually pay off” he said.
