The Art of Banking

Republic Bank Ghana, a subsidiary of Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) has announced a Global competition dubbed “The Art of Banking”.

The objective of the campaign is to give emerging artists above the age of 18 years the opportunity to be seen and heard internationally.

Speaking on the Art of Banking Competition, the Managing Director of Republic Bank, Mr. Farid Antar said Republic Bank believes that Art has the power to boost economies, educate and enrich societies while fostering cultural understanding.

The basic idea of the Art of Banking is the fact that “anyone including emerging artists can participate in the competition by creating a piece depicting any of the following Republic Bank products and services as well as associated themes”.

According to the Managing Director, the winning artwork aside from receiving a cash prize of TT Dollars $10,000 (equivalent to USD2,000) will also be used to create billboards and other creative pieces throughout all Republic Bank territories and their stories/inspirations shared on all Republic Bank territories social media channels and website.  

Mr. Antar admonished Staff, Customers, prospects, and especially emerging Ghanaian artists above the age of 18 years to take advantage of this golden opportunity to become a global celebrated artist through the Republic Bank Art of Banking Competition.

The Art of Banking competition will run from February to March 31, 2022.
