The General Secretary of Kumasi Youth Association (KuYA), Kwabena Frimpong, has hailed the Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko SC, Nana Yaw Amponsah for a giant work done so far for the Porcupine Warriors.
In the wake of the outbreak of novel COVID-19 pandemic-leaving many clubs hollering and sweltering due to lack of finance, the industrious Chief Executive Officer of the Ghanaian giants has done extremely well by securing number of sponsorship/ partnership deals to help assuage the hardship of the club.
Asante Kotoko SC currently pride themselves of having the unprecedented number of deals in Ghana. The Porcupine Warriors now have secured more than ten deals.
Reacting about the staggering work of the former Ghana Football Association Presidential candidate, Kwabena Frimpong said, “I’ve never seen this kind of work in the last decade at Asante Kotoko SC, and he must be hailed for his accomplishments, especially in the era of COVID-19.”
“What is compelling is the fact that, the team is performing extremely well on the field and there is spectacular work also off the pitch. He is the kind of person the club has lacked for so many years.”
He continued, Last time, I visited Adako Jachie training grounds to check the office project ongoing, and I was dumbfounded. The supporters must rally behind him for Kotoko to reach the height of other big guns in Africa in terms of infrastructure.”
