Ghanaian musician Soku Frank AKA Tiini is urging young musicians to put in hard work before thinking of collaborating with major artistes.

The talented musician said it is always better for a young artiste to build himself and keep their names out there before any collaboration.

“The major artistes will even give you the respect and would easily jump on a song of the young artiste with so much potential and asks for collaborations. A typical example is Black Sherif who is doing incredibly well right now. He would not struggle to get collaborations from any major artistes because he worked his way to the top,” Tiini stated.

Known for winning awards such as Hip Hop Song of the year at Eastern music, Song Writer of the year at Kwahu Music Awards, and Afro-pop song of the year at Kwahu Music Awards, Tiini is currently promoting his song ‘Sleep’ which is available on streaming platforms.

In the song, Tiini brags about controlling the streets and adding that he is the new thing in Ghana.

He, however, pleaded with the media and the general public to patronize his works.

“It is difficult for a young musician to break through if there is no serious management handling such artiste,” he lamented.
