All is now set for the official launch of ‘He’s Worthy’, the second album of Gospel Minister Rainer Okyere Mantey.

The event, which is expected to draw huge patronage from all walks of life is scheduled for tomorrow Sunday 27th November 2022 at the Crossroads Community Church in Haatso, Accra.

This comes two years after releasing her first album, ‘God’s Surprise’.

Rainer continues to focus on sharing God’s gift to her in songs.

The album highlights Jesus as the worthy Lamb of God in three tunes all propagating what Christ’s death has achieved for believers.

The ‘He’s Worthy’ album is composed of eight spirit-filled songs that project the love of Christ onto mankind. This love, according to Rainer “gives the believer the cause to worship Him who alone sits enthroned far above every power that is named.”

Oguamma and Worthy Lamb are songs inspired from the book of Revelation. They project Jesus as the only One worthy to stand before God Almighty to redeem mankind with his blood.

Quoting from the book of Revelation chapters four and five, Rainer said “I’m awestruck and begin to bow in worship. That portion that says, no one was found worthy in all heaven to open the scroll and break its seals brought so much illumination to me and gives me a reason to worship God for his love and mercies.”

These two tracks “Wo ye and W’ayemuye’ speak about God’s goodness and deep compassion which qualifies the believer to enjoy grace. Tumi Wura is a call on the Almighty God to intervene on our behalf as He is all-powerful and capable of changing any situation. Enuonyam Nka Wo and My Jesus which are the last tracks are songs of praises.

Touching on her motivation for this album, Rainer says:

“These songs have been inspired by sermons I have listened to at church and a further study of God’s word especially the New Testament.

Sermons about what the death of Jesus has achieved for the believer always bring me to my knees in appreciation of the Lord Jesus. I’m happy I can share these truths in my songs.’.
