An Alhaji Hudu Mogtari administration will be Honest, accountable, and transparent with the people’s Money (Common Fund).
Unlike the status quo where everything is shrouded in secrecy, as a servant leader, he shall on a routine basis cause for the publication of an audited common fund account on the notice board of the Municipal Assembly for benefit of the people.
An Alhaji Hudu administration for the first time in the history of the constituency will establish a revolving fund for business development for constituents, especially women. Under this arrangement, constituents especially women will be assisted with interest-free loans in order to fund small to medium-scale businesses.
He shall run a deliberate policy leveraging on the common and other financial sources to build a pool of critical human resources needed for the 21st-century job market in the areas of medicine, engineering, ICT, and Computing among others. This will be a complete departure from the current dispensation where a deliberate pretentious tokenism scheme is designed ostensibly in the service of the people but consequently for personal and family benefits.
He will also establish an agricultural mechanisation centre to support farmers improve their yield for better livelihood
An Alhaji Hudu administration for the first time in the history of the constituency will establish an educational and skill development fund for the development of the youth. Under this arrangement, constituents with special talents and exceptional capacities will be given full scholarships.
An Alhaji Hudu Mogtari’s administration will be responsive in delivering the basic needs of the people in the area of water, health, and community infrastructure.
As a servant leader, Alhaji Hudu Mogtari’s administration will reflect the aspirations of the people. He will constantly engage with youth groups, opinion leaders, and community leaders and enlist their views to reflect on his work in parliament.
