Members of the St. Augustine’s Past Students Union (APSU), Class of 1978, will mark their 50th anniversary with a Memorial and Thanksgiving Service, at the Christ the King Parish, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10am.

The celebration marks 50 years of their admission to the College in September 1973.

In attendance will be 87 year-old, Mr. Samuel Seddoh, the revered former Headmaster of St. Augustine’s College.

Mr. Seddoh was the headmaster who admitted them as freshers in 1973.

Other APSU year groups and individuals are encouraged to participate in the event.

In two (2) years, it’ll be the turn of my year group, APSU ‘80, to do same. This cohort were in form three (3), when we entered Augusco.

These celebratory events are part of the build up to Augusco’s Centenary in seven (7) years.

May the good Lord grant us life and good health to participate in that lifetime activity.
