Exclusive news reaching Yours Truly states that popular musician, Tinny will entertain guests and patrons invited to witness the 2026 National Individual Amateur Boxing Championship organised by the Ghana Boxing Federation (GBF) with the support of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and National Sports Authority (NSA).
The event is on Friday, 27th February 2026 at the Bukom Boxing Arena from 6pm.
Nii Addo Quaynor, better known by his stage name Tinny, is a top Ghanaian rapper. At age eight, he was singing and rapping at parties and funfairs.
He got into the music industry in 1994 and performed at Fun-World, a very successful national entertainment program that was organized every Sunday at the National Theatre.
He has metamorphosed to become a super star and performed at concerts locally and internationally.
He has many compositions and some will be released at the Arena.
Tinny loves boxing but he is not strong enough to fight, so he backs the boxers with music and he educates the community with music.
Some very important dignitaries, personalities, ambassadors and international agencies have been invited to watch the finals.
In Ghana Boxing and Music are bedfellows. The fans love the game and matches to be spiced with music, dance and comedy.
The GBF will charge a token at the gate.
