Abdul-Aziz Ayaba Musah is a hardworking, disciplined, and highly motivated young man in the spheres of Public Administration. His relentless commitment to public service delivery geared him up to work as Assistant Director IIA (Administrator) at the Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly, Ejura in the Ashanti Region.

Early Life, Education and Family

Mr. Abdul Aziz Ayaba Musah was born on the 1st January, 1986 in Mion- Northern Region.

He attended Yendi Senior High School and proceeded to University for Development Studies-Tamale campus, where he pursued a four year bachelor programme which led to the award of Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Entrepreneurship (Second Class Upper).

As someone who is obsessed with the seeking of knowledge to broaden his horizon, Mr Abdul Aziz Ayaba Musah also enrolled in the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and pursued a Postgraduate Certificate programme in Public Administration where he gained profound and deep-seated knowledge in areas such as Principles of Public Administration, Public Sector Economics, Principles of Management, Communication in Public Sector, Public Legal and Regulatory Framework etc.

PERSONAL LIFE

Mr. Abdul Aziz Ayaba Musah is happily married with three children. As a true son of Dagbon who albeit lived in the south for purposes of work and Education, Mr Ayaba fluently speaks Dagbani and Twi.

CAREER LIFE

Mr. Ayaba has worked for about nine years with good number of institutions. Throughout these working years, he has been very competent and judicious in all he does.

Training on Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936), Public Financial Management Act 2016 (Act 921), Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) etc.

Field Practical Training in development challenges of rural communities in Northern Ghana organised by the University for Development Studies in ‘BUNI’, a village in Jaman North District of the Brong Ahafo Region.

Holding the mantle of leadership and productively serving people has been been one of the nursery ambitions of Mr Ayaba and as such, he has always been engaged in competitive contest to get the nod to serve. Mr Ayaba for now has held these positions:
