Own a House with Just GHC500 Or more for a start

1. You register for free

2. You pay Gh500 every month for the 1-bedroom or Gh850 for the 2-bedroom, but you can start with Ghc200 a month whilst you work towards the Gh500 or Gh850 a month.

3. You have up to 15 years (180 months) to finish with your payment, but you can pay more to reduce the period if you can afford

4. You don’t wait 15 years before you get your house. Rather when the company is assured of your regular monthly payments and commitment, the company goes into a contract with you, after one and a half years of your contribution then completes the house for your occupation whilst you continue to pay the rest through the monthly installment.

5. If you pay Ghc1000 or more, your foundations start immediately. If you pay GHC500, your foundations start on your 2nd contribution. If you pay Ghc200 your foundation starts on your 5th contribution.

6. We can also build on your own land wherever it is for you, and whatever building plan you have aside from our own 1-bedroom and 2- 2-bedroom plans.
