MASLOC Boss Hajia Abibata Shanni

The Chief Executive Officer of MASLOC, Hajia Abibata Shanni Mahama Zakariah has donated 100 bags of cement to support the construction of a fenced wall at the Dagbong State Technical High School in Yendi.

The need for this donation was occasioned by a direct appeal to the MASLOC CEO to support the project.

The Dagbong State Technical School has in the past served as the training centre for many youths of the Yendi Municipality.

It is, however, in recent times, confronted with the urgent need to fence the school to save the school land from encroachment and to also improve the security and safety of the students and other staff of the school hence the need for a fenced wall.

Speaking to the Voiceless Media after the donation, Hajia Abibata Shanni Mahama Zakariah who is a daughter of the area stated that it has always been her desire to support in any small way that she can in the area of education and her support to the Dagbong State Technical school was in that direction.

Meanwhile, on the same day, she donated 100 bags of cement to the Dagbang Forum, Yendi towards the construction of a fenced wall of the Yendi Cemetery. In the past, she had done a similar donation of 100 bags of cement to Yendi Senior High School upon their request. Recently, she also donated 100 bags of cement towards the project of the Kuga Palace upon their appeal for support to her.

The school authorities thanked Hajia Abibata Shanni Mahama Zakariah for her support and promised to put it to good use for the safety of students and staff.
