Mrs. Rita Bedie, a 43-year-old Ghanaian Dialysis Patient at the 37 Military Hospital is appealing to the general public, NGOs, and corporate organizations for financial help to support her weekly reviews and possibly a kidney transplant operation.

This special appeal was made on her behalf by her Husband Robert Bedie, who has exhausted all means of raising funds to support her wife’s condition.

The financial stress as a result of her condition has taken a huge toll on the family.

Mrs. Rita Bedie, a Trader, Mother of three, and a resident of Kwabenya in Accra, was first diagnosed of Kidney Failure in October 2021 last year.

She has since last year been on Dialysis Treatment.

Kidney Failure (also called renal failure) means one or both kidneys can no longer function well on their own. It is a condition in which the kidneys lose the ability to remove waste and balance fluids in the body.

Sometimes, kidney failure is temporary and comes on quickly. Other times, it is a chronic condition that can get worse slowly over a long time.

We humbly appeal for help and please reach out and support us through this contact:
