H.E Alhaji Said Sinare, a National Vice Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress has declared his intention to contest the National Vice Chairmanship seat in the coming days if the party opens nomination.
He made his intention known in a statement shared on his official Facebook page on his birthday by indicating that, his intention to seek re-election was because he had lived up to the expectation of his members and the party needs his experience to guide and assist the other national executives and the presidential candidate and his running mate to deliver the much-needed victory for the party and the country.
He stressed the need for the party and its delegates to retain him and his election-winning prowess as the National Vice Chairman particularly as the party goes into the difficult elections of 2024 with the ruling NPP.
Credible information available to this news portal indicates that the immediate that the former Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the erstwhile National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration, Alhaji Said Sinare is 64 years today, 14th October 2022.
H.E Alhaji Said Sinare, the founder of Zongo for NDC who rummaged the length and breadth of the country and spent his energy and resources just to ensure President John Dramani Mahama and the NDC garner the needed and expected Muslim votes in the 2016 and 2020 general elections is said to be the hope to the hopeless, father to the fatherless, a committed, loyal, resourceful, and a dedicated member of the National Democratic Congress who must be re-elected.
Ambassador Alhaji Said Sinare’s Zongo for NDC vehicle which was seen and described as a thorn in the flesh of then-opposition New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flag bearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is set to hit the road for the NDC again in the next General election.
