Information indicates that Media General and Onua TV Presenter and outspoken Captain Smart has been arrested again by National Security Operatives NIB formerly BNI.
It is not clear why he was arrested but the matter has been linked to his recent outbursts and scolding of some state officials within the NPP government deeply involved in the hard nut cracking illegal mining Galamsey.
