One of the most admired communicators of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) the ever fearless and outspoken Akatsi South deputy NDC Communications Director, Festus Japhet Gbede, has been tipped to win the position in the NDC Elections to be held in the Akatsi South Constituency of the Volta Region tomorrow Sunday 23rd October 2022.
Japhet Festus Gbede has taken the number one spot on the ballot paper and all indications point to his favour and poised for victory on voting day Sunday.
This is his first time of contesting so if he wins, he will become one of the youngest and most inspirational politicians as a Deputy Director of Communications for the NDC in Akatsi South.
Japhet Festus Gbede has proven to be one of the topmost critics of the ruling NPP government under President Nana Akufo-Addo.
That apart, he also has the passion and the zeal to work to ensure that the NPP is kicked out in 2024.
Japhet Festus Gbede is not new to NDC grassroots politics.
As a very strong energetic, prolific, and enthusiastic young man, he is well known to be connected to the heavyweights within his party.
He is the best remedy to bridge that glaring weak communications machinery of the NDC in the Akatsi South Constituency.
He is a well-known blogger, web developer, and graphic designer.
He stated recently that the NPP won the general elections of 2016 and 2020 on the basis of lies, that the NDC’s vote margin in the Akatsi South constituency is shrinking, and that the party needs technocrats, researchers, innovative ideas, and a united front to energize the party base.
This attests to the fact that when he announced to run for the position of Deputy Communications Director, it was met with a huge welcoming applause from the general public, many floating voters, NDC supporters, sympathizers, and well-known NDC big goons.
