GOODWILL MESSAGE TO DELEGATES AND ASPIRANTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

This weekend, thousands of our dear delegates will gather at various designated locations to fulfill a critical democratic role on behalf of our great party.

The 2024 general election is more than just an election; it is an opportunity to serve Ghana, defend Ghana, and uphold her unity and prosperity. As a result, I would want to take this occasion to urge members, delegates, election management committees in the various constituencies, hopefuls, and other stakeholders to prioritize the great National Democratic Congress over all other considerations.

We are on a mission to save the Ghana we love and restore the country to prominence, but we can only do it if we avoid placing our own interests first.

The outcome of these conferences will go a long way toward determining the party’s future path. For that matter, to ensure the stability and revitalization of our party, I urge delegates to listen to their conscience and elect people of integrity who truly care about the party.

For the record, the monetization of our internal election process has harmed the party’s fortunes. As a result, I implore you to resist the influence of money and material inducements from people who are more concerned with themselves and their selfish interests than with the formation of a powerful and effective party towards election 2024.

Because the NDC is a party formed at the grassroots level, it is my prayer that the rank and file must seize control of the party’s fate and reject those whose actions and lack of genuine dedication have harmed it over the years.

The essence of teamwork must be respected, and delegates must choose people who uphold the fundamental values of our party and are sincere, truthful, loyal, committed, and principled in their approach towards securing victory for our party come 2024.

Ladies and gentlemen, let’s demonstrate by the results of our constituency elections that we have taken the lessons from the recent past.

I want to end here by sending my warmest wishes to each and every one of our delegates and candidates.

Thanks

Signed
H. E Alhaji Said Sinare,
National Vice-Chairman.
