Popular actress and media personality, Nana Ama McBrown, has gotten a ‘new’ baby girl as a sister to her daughter Baby Maxin.
The actress has adopted a one-year-old girl from a church. She is reported to have lost her mother, and she appears determined to take care of her.
In a video sighted by Amaghanaonline.com, McBrown is seen in the church with her husband, Maxwell Mensah, and a small group speaking about her ‘new’ child.
According to the seasoned actress and media personality, she was looking around for her little girl to give some baby clothes to her daughter Maxin when she spotted the little girl.
It came as a shock to her when she was informed that the little girl had lost her mom.
“Hearing that, I felt instant sadness in my heart. It is a sad thing to leave a child with no mother,” McBrown said.
The actress says one thing she fears in life is her daughter Maxin having to live without her, and so, she always prays for long life and good health to watch Maxin grow.
She revealed that she heard a voice within her that if she can, she should take in the little girl and care for her as her own, thus, the adoption.
Maxin, on the other hand, is seen in the video jumping about and playing with her new ‘sister’.
It seems that there’s already a connection between them.
Meanwhile, the actress has moved to Onua TV as a host, after resigning from UTV a couple of weeks ago.
