Top fan of the Ghana Black Stars, Ms. Abigail Twumasiwaa Okanta aka ‘Mama Africa’ has disclosed that the Black Stars of Ghana has made her so sad continuously, and now she does not know what to do.

“I have supported the Ghana National Team, the Black Stars for years, I have followed them to the qualifiers, African Cup, World Cup and everywhere, but they have never made me happy. I always tried my best with my creativity to make football fans happy, but the team that I love has always disappointed me since 2014” she expressed.

Ms. Abigail Twumasiwaa who is founder of Achievers Supporters Group is a top member of the Ghana Supporters and she note that not qualifying to the African Nations Cup competition for the first time in 20 years is very sad and disappointing.

She said Ghana Football is in total shambles and something must be done as soon as possible.

“How can we not qualify in a group with Angola, Sudan and Niger, we should be ashamed of ourselves, the Black Stars should be ashamed. If some players feel they cannot play, we also do not need them, so they should not come and waste out time and energies at all,” she stressed.

“We are fed up with the shambolic performances and call for an overhauling of the Black Stars. We want local players to be included in the selection, they are better than most foreign based players” she added.
