One of the Lawyers of the 2nd defendant in the ongoing Election Petition case, Lawyer Frank Davies has been barred from addressing press conferences after proceedings at the Supreme Court.

The Lawyer who is one of the lawyers defending the respondent in the case has been granting interviews to the media after every proceeding at the Supreme Court.

But the court presided over by the Chief Justice, Justice Anin-Yeboah warned him to stop holding further press conferences on proceedings since he is a Lawyer in the case.

According to the Judge, any other Lawyer who is not part of the legal team in the case can address the court.

The Chief Justice further warned the Lawyers not to grant interviews in their wigs and gowns.
