Hajia Dzigbordzi Aflamewu, a Krowor Constituency executive member aspirant, was laid to rest at the police mosque in Cantonments, Accra today.

As part of the funeral services, Muslim leaders prayed to Allah to have mercy on the deceased.

Speaking to the media, Alhaji Said Sinare indicated that the death of Hajia was a shock to him and the party as a whole because of her dedication, loyalty, and commitment to the cause of the party.

Mr. Sinare urged the thousands of Muslims and his party members to reflect on Hajia’s life and contribution to the development of his party, the NDC.

He added that the late party member spent most of her youthful days working for the benefit of the NDC and charged party members to emulate the same.

The National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, and The party’s Vice Chairman, H.E. Alhaji Said Sinare, Mr. Sylvester Mensah, former National Health insurance boss, are accompanied by Hon. Mustapha Abubakari, the workaholic former Deputy Masloc Boss, and other bigwigs of the party.
