Author: INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST OHIM || ONUA NEWS

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Tarkwa area Hon. Ben Kessey was at his ignoramus, insulting, shameless, cheeky, and arrogant peak when ONUA NEWS Investigative Journalist OHIM engaged him about illegal mining activities at the Traboam Forest in Dompim.

In any case, why would a public office holder of such repute as MCE descend into the gutters and insult a journalist for the mere reason of doing a two-sided story after conducting his investigations?

It appears the people of Tarkwa are being served by an impish, pompous reckless government leader who least deserves the title ‘HONOURABLE.’

Take a listen to the cheeky insults here:

This comes after weeks of painstaking secret undercover investigations by OHIM exposing that illegal mining Galamsey activities are massively going on at the Traboam Forest at Dompim Pepesa in the Western Region.

Tarkwa MCE, Hon. Ben Kessey
Tarkwa MCE, Hon. Ben Kessey

This has exposed the MCE for Tarkwa, Ben Kessey big time, who had before the secret investigations misled and denied to the last breadth any Galamsey activities of a sort in his area.

On the contrary, Investigations by ONUA INVESTIGATOR OHIM gives hard-core video evidence of the reckless destruction of the Traboam Forest and pollution of water bodies by some local Ghanaians and foreigners from neighbouring countries Burkina Faso, Cote D’Ivoire amongst others.

The MCE himself will even be shocked to see some of the activities when the videos go viral on the internet.

As matter of fact, he is clueless about the galamsey issues on the grounds at his own backyard.

Viewers will be totally broken to see some of these despicable videos on the depletion of our forests.

The investigative team lost count of holes that had been dug and left uncovered posing grave danger to the illegal miners themselves.

There was even a case at hand involving one foreigner whose name was given as Kwamme.

Kwamme was still trapped under one of the holes at the time of our investigations and he is believed to be dead by now.
