George Faho Mensah aka ‘Stopper’ is one of Ghana’s rising star boxers who has remained calm and let his records speak for him.

Due to his coolness, he has not come into the limelight proper, but he believes achievements come at the right time.

So he is patiently waiting for his time for opportunity to strike.

Mensah 24, a middleweight boxer trains at the Panix Boxing Gym at James Town under Coach Emmanuel Yeboah.

He has participated in the Ghana Boxing Authority sanctioned Professional Boxing League sponsored by Max TV Promotions and other companies.

His record is an enviable 6-0-1 3Kos. His nick name is Stopper and it can be seen in his achievements.

American boxer, Deovante Davies aka Tank is his idol.

He won his last bout at Decathlon, Kawukudi, but fought mainly at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

His next fight is coming up soon against hard nut, Selorm Darko. The date will be announced soon.
