‘’120-Day Social Contract by John Dramani Mahama with the people of Ghana is the first of its kind and clearly indicates that Mahama is determined to building a law-based country, government and society and will be hitting the ground running to the benefit of the Ghanaian’’ according to Horace Nii Ayi Ankrah, an NDC stalwart.

Horace Ankrah, in an exclusive interview, has claimed that ‘’after listening to the former President at Winneba and carefully reading through the contract I now understand why Late President Rawlings described Mahama as the President for the future.’’

The former President, in launching the NDC’s manifesto also outlined what he referred to as his ‘120-Day Social Contract’ with the people of Ghana, which according to Horace Ankrah ‘’diffuses any claim by those thinking that President Mahama will be expecting a 100-day honeymoon as practiced by other Presidents and Prime Ministers across the globe.’’

Horace Ankrah, who in the interview kept referring to the former President as ‘’bold and authentic’’ said he was so enthused by every single word uttered by the former President in Winneba last August.

When asked to describe the manifesto in a nutshell, Horace Ankrah paused for a moment and said ‘’aside the clear determination of resetting Ghana, the manifesto is a clear promotion of social fairness, justice and ensuring happy life for the people of Ghana with a clear transition to innovation-driven growth’’ he concluded.

Both leading political parties in the country have all launched their manifestos and Ghanaians are determined to prosecute the manifestos of both the NDC and the NPP with barely 3 months to election day.
