Accra, Ghana – February 17, 2025—The St. Augustine’s Past Students Union (APSU) has officially released the list of distinguished awardees for the highly anticipated APSU @ 90 Dinner and Awards Night.
The event, a key highlight of the College’s 95th Anniversary celebrations, will take place on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Alisa Hotel, Ridge Arena, starting at 6:00pm.
After extensive consultations with various year groups and APSU branches, 79 outstanding alumni have been selected to receive awards in recognition of their immense contributions to their alma mater and the APSU community.
Among these are five (5) posthumous awards and five (5) headmaster recognition awards, honouring exceptional service and dedication to the growth and legacy of St. Augustine’s College and the alumni.
The list of awardees has been published on page 12 of today’s Daily Graphic (Monday, February 17, 2025).
This list will also be shared across additional platforms shortly for wider dissemination.
The event will be held under the distinguished patronage of the Most Rev. Charles Gabriel Palmer-Buckle and hosted by APSU President, Dr. Ernest Anthony Osei (APSU ‘80).
The APSU @ 90 Dinner and Awards Night is set to be an evening filled with nostalgia, camaraderie, and recognition as we celebrate the remarkable achievements of APSUnians who have made a lasting impact on the College and society at large. Beyond celebrating past accomplishments, the event will reaffirm APSU’s commitment to sustaining St. Augustine’s College’s tradition of academic excellence, moral discipline, and the highest standards of Catholic education.
