The Germany Branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), in collaboration with its Dortmund Chapter, is set to host an online policy dialogue on Sunday, June 28, 2026, to examine the party’s achievements in Ghana’s education sector under previous NPP administrations.
The virtual event, themed “NPP’s Achievements in Education: Reform, Impact and Transformation,” will provide a platform for participants to assess the major education reforms introduced by the NPP, their impact on teaching and learning, and the future direction of Ghana’s educational system.

Date: Sunday, 28 June 2026 Time: 20:00 CET / 18:00 GMT https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82509606209?pwd=auRKeAqwS0auoxTZVbWthm2mpxAqfW.1 Meeting ID: 825 0960 6209 Passcode: 161481
The dialogue forms part of the party’s ongoing efforts to engage Ghanaians both at home and abroad on policy issues while highlighting the legacy and contributions of the NPP in transforming key sectors of the economy, particularly education.
Former Deputy Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and NPP Spokesperson on Education, Dr. Kwabena Bempah Tandoh, will serve as the guest speaker. He is expected to provide an in-depth analysis of the reforms implemented under the NPP government and their impact on educational outcomes across the country.
Discussions are expected to focus on flagship education initiatives, policy implementation strategies, improvements in access and quality of education, and the broader transformation agenda pursued during the NPP’s tenure in government.
Participants will also have the opportunity to engage the guest speaker through an interactive question-and-answer session aimed at promoting informed dialogue on Ghana’s educational development and future policy priorities.
The event will be hosted by Dr. Felix Yamoah, Chairman of NPP Germany, together with Mr. Francis Brenyah-Benson, First Vice Chairman of the branch, who are expected to welcome participants from across the Ghanaian diaspora and beyond.
Organisers say the dialogue underscores the branch’s commitment to fostering constructive policy discussions and keeping members and supporters engaged on national development issues, especially in the education sector.
