The Minister for Tourism, Creative Arts Culture, Hon. Mohammed Awal has appealed to hoteliers to continue to observe all COVID protocols.
 
According to him, the continuous observation of the COVID-19 protocols will prevent the hotels from becoming the breeding grounds for the pandemic.
 
Hon. Mohammed Awal made this appeal at the  Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Ten Years Anniversary Media Launch in Accra.

“The Coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected the hotel industry due to low patronage but as we are bouncing back, I will like to urge all hotel management to continue to observe the COVID protocols.  Life and business must go on but we ought to protect ourselves against the deadly virus”.
 
Adding her voice, the Managing Director for Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Deborah Lee-Ann Sivertsen, noted that the hotel will continue to explore the peaceful nature of Ghana to enhance the progress of the hotel.
 
“Ghana is famed for its genuine and warm hospitality. Being my first time in Ghana, I’ve witnessed and experienced the undeniable authenticity through the personalities of our staff, our HEARTISTS.

Announcing activities planned for the celebrations, Sales Manager for the hotel stated:

“We mark our anniversary, we will kick of with a Blood donation in conjunction with Accra Technical University. Do some Charity work at Princess Marie Louise Hospital, organize Cleanup Exercises, hold Food festival in November and climax of all the anniversary celebrations with a corporate soirée.
