During a recent visit to the constituency to attend the final funeral rites of the late Kulawwura Mahama Braimah Boresa at Silmunchu, the Member of Parliament for Salaga South Constituency donated a public address system to the Imams of Kluw to facilitate their work.

Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah also inspected a nursing quarters constructed by the VRA resettlement trust fund to offer accommodation for nurses of the Buma health centre.

The Member of Parliament was taken on the tour by the nurse in-charge, Mr. George and the Management Information Systems Officer of the East Gonja Municipal Health Directorate, Mr. Seidu Safianu.

The facility consisting of a 6 unit apartment block will serve as accommodation for the nurses of the Buma health centre.
The Hon MP applauded the VRA resettlement trust fund for providing the facility and promised to work on a water system to serve the facility in order to ease the water challenges they were faced with.

The nurses expressed delight at the bait of the MP and promised to work hard to serve the people of Buma and its surrounding communities.

During the visit, the Hon. MP and her entourage paid a courtesy call on the Bumawura, Mr. Emmanuel Ewuntomah Mahama.
