A Presidential Advisor on the economy Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei says the viral audio of an individual purporting to be him lashing out about the economic failures of the NPP in government is not his.
The audio with a voice similar to that of the former lawmaker bemoans the challenges of Finance Minster Ken Ofor-Atta and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in their handling of the economy.
In a statement, Dr. Akoto Osei demanded an apology from the news website Ghanaweb for publishing the audio noting he does not subscribe to the content of the audio either.
