Deputy Director of Communications at the Presidency and NPP Parliamentary Aspirant for Ablekuma Central, Jefferson Kwamena Sackey is seeking to bring a new dawn of impactful energy into Ghana’s politics.

The new face and young, energetic political enthusiast is busy preparing the grounds to contest the impending NPP Parliamentary elections in the Ablekuma Central Constituency.

Kwamena Sackey is also poised to represent a new breed of youthful political generation seeking to restore confidence and trust in order to offer a new hope to the people.

His recently launched ‘JEFFERSON CARE’ is about to change the face of politics by having direct impact on the lives of his constituents.

About hundreds of thousands of residents and people of Mataheko and its surrounding communities are set to benefit from this massive humanitarian gesture.

He is by this initiative extending a positive vibration of love and apolitical treat to his people and across the Ablekuma Central Constituency.

This clearly shows that he is more refined, matured and fired up to do more for Ablekuma Central should he be given the full mandate during the Ghana 2024 General Elections next year.

These initiatives have already sent shivers into the the camp of those likely to contest him.

The Jefferson Care initiative will undertake health projects in the area including the construction of health facilities and the renovation of dilapidated ones.

Already, over 1,000 beneficiaries have been signed unto the National Health Insurance Scheme.

Jefferson Sackey is tackling the well-being of the constituents.

ABOUT JEFFERSON KWAMENA SACKEY

Jefferson Kwamina Sackey is currently the Deputy Director of Communications at the Office of the President.

He is Ghanaian journalist par solid repute, Communications Expert, media consultant, filmmaker, and PR strategist.

Sackey started working for Television Africa in 2005 as a lead news anchor. He then went on to host his global affairs show “JS International Assignment” which later became “Jefferson Sackey Reports”, a news documentary production that aimed to tell in-depth stories which showcased many different points of view.

Although the show started on TV Africa, it was later shown on Joy News, Ghana and other global news channels including Afroglobal Television in Canada.

He served as the Public Relations Officer for Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2006 to 2007 working closely with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, then the Foreign Minister under the JA Kufuor administration. During the 2007 NPP Primaries, Jefferson released the documentary, “Pushing the Ghanaian and African Agenda” a feature that highlights the diplomatic and international strength of the then-candidate Nana Akuffo-Addo.

Jefferson has also worked and reported for global news firms such as CNN International as a contributor of “World View” and Deutsche Welle Television as a West African Correspondent and contributor of its international affairs programme “Quadriga”.

His media career also includes working for Multimedia Group as a News Anchor for the “Midday News”.

He also worked as Assistant News Editor until his relocation to Canada in 2015, where he was appointed Vice President of Afroglobal Television in Canada.

He has also worked for CNN International, and contributed to the “World View” and Deutsche Welle Television as a West African Correspondent.
