The Antique Lemonade Arts Foundation is proud to announce the upcoming launch of Ghananipa, a groundbreaking digital platform dedicated to preserving the legacy of Ghanaian individuals who have made lasting contribution to society and family.
Scheduled for its official unveiling on 27th January 2025, Ghananipa will serve as an accessible and comprehensive resource to honor the lives of Ghana’s creative trailblazers, unsung heroes, role models and community leaders.
Ghananipa was inspired by the Antiques and Gardens event held in April 2023, where young and seasoned creatives gathered to exchange insights, ideas and experiences.
During the event, it became evident that the stories of many Ghanaian creatives who had passed on were not well-documented, despite their significant impact on the country’s arts and culture scene.
This realization sparked the vision for Ghananipa a legacy-focused website designed to archive and celebrate the lives of these influential Ghanaians.
The Ghananipa platform offers detailed profiles and an easily navigable archive, allowing users to explore the unique journeys of Ghana’s cultural pioneers, unsung heroes and thought leaders.
The platform will showcase their stories through photos, articles, interviews and more.
As part of the launch, the Antique Lemonade Arts Foundation invites members of the media to attend a special event on 27th January, 2025 to learn more about Ghananipa and explore the platform’s content.
