Inter Allies Football Club has announced the signing of former Ghana Premier League winner Richard Arthur to strengthen their squad for the ongoing 2020/2021 Ghanaian football season.

The capital-based club after playing nine matches in the Ghana Premier League this season is fighting an early relegation battle as a result of the poor results they have recorded.

In a bid to add to the quality of the squad of the team to help turn things around, Inter Allies FC has on the back of successful negotiations secured the services of ex-Asante Kotoko attacker Richard Arthur.

The deal that was completed on Friday will see the experienced forward playing for the Capelli Boys until the rest of the season.

“Inter Allies is delighted to announce the signing of Richard Arthur.

“The Club and the striker have agreed on a deal until the end of the current season,” part of a statement on the website of Inter Allies has announced.

The new signing immediately begins work and will be registered in the first week of February when the Ghana FA opens the second window of the 2020/2021 football season.
