AshCell has donated one thousand exercise books to the Amankwatia M/A Primary B school in Kumasi.

The donation forms part of their series of Corporate Social Responsibilities lined up to commemorate the company’s 10th anniversary.

The Sales and Distribution Executive of AshCell Ali Al-Sayyed presenting the books to the school said it is pleasurable to them helping the growth of Ghana’s future leaders.

He noted that the e backbone of every society is health and education hence their strong resolve to help in these areas during their celebration.

Mr. Al-Sayyed said, the donation is also their little way of expressing their gratitude for the support they’ve received in the community from where they have been operating in the past 10 years.

He also revealed plans of a possible assistance from AshCell to the school in the area of IT knowing that technology in these times cannot be underestimated.

Acting Headmaster of the school, Joseph Akorli who received the books expressed gratitude to AshCell for the kind gesture.

“Even though they supplies of some exercise books from government and donor agencies, it has always not been enough, and this donation has come at the right time. It would really help the students”. He noted.

AshCell is the main distributor of Mobile Giants MTN’s products in the Ashanti region hence known as the intermediaries between MTN and their agents in the region.
