Accra Hearts of Oak have failed to qualify to the group stages of the CAF Confederations Cup after Algerian side, JS Saoura thumped them 4-0 in the second leg tie fixture on Sunday evening in Bercher.

The Algerian top-flight team qualified on a 4-2 aggregate to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time in their history.

Oussama Bellatreche scored his second of the day by netting to increase the tally to 3-0. Samuel Boadu introduced Ibrahim Salifu and Caleb Amankwah in the game with the hope of scoring a goal.
