The Institute of Wellness and Exercise Science (iWES), MyHealthCop Pro App and Global Wellness Day, detailing the role of MYHEALTHCOP Ltd in the Preventive Health Care industry and what initiatives have been put in place to foster and create awareness on preventive healthcare have been inaugurated at an impressive ceremony at the Ministry of Health in Accra.
Mr. Kwesi Tabury, CEO of MYHEALTHCOP Ltd revealed the vision is to ensure that each individual reaches an optimum level of wellness.
“We are working towards the realization of this vision through the creation of an ecosystem which is based on the interaction of interconnected components to see to the fulfillment of this vision.
The MYHEALTHCOP Ltd. ecosystem seeks to educate preventive healthcare professionals and equip them with requisite skills and certification through the Institute of Wellness and Exercise Science (iWES) which is positioned to stand as the only CTVET accredited institution for Personal Sports and Fitness Professionals to best enable them to operate in the industry as well as create entrepreneurial employment opportunities through the use of MYHEALTHCOP Ltd’s digital platforms (the MyHealthCop Pro App).
“As a part of this ecosystem,we at MYHEALTHCOP Ltd understand the necessity of giving back to society in a bid to ensure our vision touches the underprivileged in society hence the MyHealthCop Foundation” he expressed.
The launch delved into the specific organizations and innovative products that
MYHEALTHCOP Ltd has created in its ecosystem to achieve its vision by officially launching the ecosystem.
Present were key players in the health, fitness, sports, education and business industry. Representatives of the United Nations and World Food Programme graced the occasion.
Dr. Bitugu Bella Bello of the University of Ghana Sports Directorate congratulated the originator, Kwesi Taburi and commended all the staff working on the project which is accredited.
He was happy that certification is verified and professionals on MYHEALTH COP are well trained to deliver.
Mr. Charles Abani the United Nations Resident Coordinator expressed his support for the institute and the APP which he had already signed on.
Nana Adu Mankattah, President of the National Sports for All Federation said he was happy that fitness enthusiasts can be trained professionally while people who want health and fitness information can log on and get solutions.
