Ghana’s premium beverage company, Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation, GIHOC led by its Managing Director, Mr. Maxwell Kofi Jumah has applauded his staff for exhibiting exemplary stewardship towards the improvement of the company.

“There should always be teamwork among you. You should work with passion so at the end you shall receive your reward,” he stressed.

He made the statement at an engagement during the gathering of all GIHOC workers from the Southern Sector at the premises of Meridian Natural Mineral water a subsidiary of GIHOC at Kumasi, Achiase.

Mr. Maxwell Kofi Jumah since taking office has provided better working conditions for staff and non-working staff under the umbrella of GIHOC across the country.

Addressing the staff at the durbar, Maxwell Kofi Jumah hinted of establishing highly recommended international working opportunities for his staff.

He also revealed plans to improve on the water industry for international consumption with the workers in perspective.

“We are also taking water to a different level in Ghana. With this, we are approaching it from a different angle, a water which is alkaline base. So today I want to assure you that we are moving to the top”, he assured.

Mr. Maxwell Kofi Jumah-led administration has also successfully established major plants across the country to aid in the production of GIHOC products.

With these, he said, “We have achieved a lot to build four plants in 4 years. We have one in every four regions, when GIHOC opens it, it will be the biggest in West Africa. We have enough so we are not going to depend on government but it will be from our own coffers. It will be for the country and the rest of Africa,” Maxwell Kofi Jumah said.

He, however, urged the staff to continue holding the torch of GIHOC in high esteem.
