Restored To Life

The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” John 11:44

Lazarus had been dead for four days when Jesus arrived at his tomb. By human understanding, the situation was beyond hope. Yet Jesus stood at the tomb and called out, “Lazarus, come out!” And the man who had been dead came out alive.

This powerful miracle reminds us that there is no situation beyond the reach of God’s power and grace. What was considered impossible became possible when Jesus stepped in. Lazarus, who had lost his life, experienced complete restoration.

God is still able to restore what appears to be dead in our lives. Dead dreams can come alive. Broken relationships can be restored. Lost hope can be renewed. Situations that seem beyond recovery can be revived by the power of God.

Death cannot remain in the presence of the One who is “the Resurrection and the Life.” When Jesus enters a situation, life takes over, hope is restored, and what was once dead begins to live again.

That which was dead is coming alive because Jesus Christ, the Resurrection and the Life, is present. In Him, restoration is possible, and new life is released into every hopeless situation. Shalom.

Prayer: Pray for the life and power of Christ to enter into every dead situation in your life and bring restoration, renewal, and revival.
